Last Updated: May 3, 2026. These terms govern your usage of Shomro and the Zento Food Delivery platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, registering interest, or making use of the Shomro website and the integrated Zento Food Delivery application, you agree to adhere to these Terms of Service, along with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the services.

2. Scope of Service (Shomro & Zento)

The platform includes services provided by Shomro (flexible work opportunities, driving, and travel guides) and our partner/sister service, Zento Food Delivery.

  • Zento Food Delivery: Facilitates on-demand ordering, logistics, and quick delivery of food and related items from designated local merchants.
  • Service Modifications: We reserve the right to alter, update, or temporarily discontinue any part of Shomro or Zento Food Delivery at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration & User Responsibilities

To utilize certain features, including food ordering via Zento or professional task registration via Shomro, you may need to provide specific information:

  • You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
  • You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date personal details (name, email, phone number) for fulfillment purposes.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities occurring under your account.

4. Delivery, Cancellation & Fees

When ordering through the Zento Food Delivery platform, the following conditions apply:

  • Pricing & Taxes: All item prices, delivery charges, and service fees are visible prior to checkout and are subject to change.
  • Cancellation Policy: Orders placed via Zento Food Delivery can only be cancelled within a limited window before preparation begins. Once accepted by the merchant, fees may apply.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are processed on a case-by-case basis based on service quality and order accuracy.

5. Acceptable Use Restrictions

Users agree not to exploit the platform for unlawful actions. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Interfering with the security features or proper operation of Shomro and Zento Food Delivery.
  • Submitting false, abusive, or harmful information during order or registration workflows.
  • Violating any local or international laws regarding the purchase of specific items.

6. Intellectual Property

The original content, features, and functionality of Shomro and the Zento platform, including but not limited to the software, branding assets, images, and text, are owned exclusively by the platform or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Shomro, Zento Food Delivery, nor their respective directors, employees, or partners, be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
